This fifth Living Dead Dolls series by Long and Glonek includes five dolls with distinct designs sure to make an impact on every doll collector’s mind. The first in this series is Jezebel, a Living Dead Doll who was an entertainer. She died due to blood loss while holding a razor in her hand. The next doll from this theatrical release is Siren. This doll died during a performance. She was singing her out on stage when she was suddenly sewn to prevent her from ever singing again.
All of the previous dolls released by Mezco seem to be based on some famous dead person but only three dolls were explicitly done so. The first was Lizzie Borden from the second series and the second one is Dahlia from this series. Dahlia’s design was based on Elizabeth Short who died as a victim of Black Dahlia.
The fourth and fifth dolls from this collection are Hollywood and Vincent Vaude. Hollywood died in a car accident caused by his stalker, while Vincent Vaude died while attempting to free himself in a trunk as an escape artist.
