LDD’s Most Valuable Collection of Horror Dolls

Living Dead Dolls has made numerous horror dolls with ingenious designs. The designers, Ed Long and Damien Glonek proved to be competent in their field by continuously coming up with original designs that never cause doll collectors to be disappointed. But with the many deigns these famous doll makers have made, what are some of the most valuable dolls from the Living Dead Dolls?

Naturally, the first dolls they created rank as one of the most valuable in the whole collection. The five dolls in the first series manufactured and sold in the commercial market in the year 2001 are the ones doll collectors first adored. They loved Sadie, especially, who was the most senior among all the Living Dead Dolls. The first theatrical release of these horror dolls also count as one of the most valuable dolls in this collection. This series included the doll Dahlia, whose design was explicitly based on the death of the Black Dahlia victim, Elizabeth Short. Another interesting try by Long and Glonek is their seventh series comprised of dolls made from the seven deadly sins.

Also, included in the most valuable dolls from Living Dead Dolls are the horror dolls in their exclusive section. The exclusive section contains dolls depicting famous fictional characters and known personalities. Some of these dolls are named Jack and Jill, Jack the Ripper, Nosteratu and his victim and Edgar Allan Poe and Annabel Lee. Most of the dolls come in pair so their prices are expectedly higher than the usual.

Just recently, Living Dead Dolls released teenage versions of some of their dolls from the previous series. This collection was called Fashion Victims and features older Sadie, Kitty, Sybil, Hollywood and other famous horror dolls. Living Dead Dolls also came up with porcelain version of two of their dolls: Posey and Abigail Crane.
